• 3 years min experience in continuous production field
• Min. diploma (BE would be much preferable)
• Good Communication skills (especially should know English speaking/writing)
• Local would be preferable
• daily MRS to issue the material from store
• To analyse the planned Vs actual production
• To analyse the stock statement for lower ordering level and raise the PR for appropriate item
• To analyse the stock statement for the availability of the raw material for planned OA
• To analyse the stock of the consumables
• To monitor and send daily production report
• To monitor and record OA wise material consumption
• To monitor and record Cell Reconciliation
• To record and update FG and SFG on daily basis
• To coordinate with Sales Coordinator to get the order for stock items
• To make the monthly production report
• Weekly reports
• To think always to improve the productivity
• To think on rework consumption on some other way
