Job Profile:
- Candidate must have positive attitude, fulfill all aspects of human resource management like recruitment, hiring & termination of employees, training & development of staff, handling “new employee” paper work, payroll and legal compliance.
- Quick learner & highly intelligent
- Work independently, self starter, team builder & team player
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Having exp. in dealing with govt. offices for approvals
- Having exp. in handling security, canteen, company transportation etc.
- Sound knowledge of Labor Laws
-Annual Gross Salary (CTC) in Rs.: 5 Lacs per annum (Maximum)
