Why do we use CPV technology for MW projects?
We used Solar technologies like PV, CPV, and CSP. W also use parabolic or dish and even thin film.
We believe that pv is the best for rooftop and low irradiation area like streetlight and lantern. The system efficiency of PV is mostly around 14 to 15%.
Our research and experience says that because of its high efficiency and lower price CPV is the best for megawatts project. Its systems efficiency is around 20 to 22%.
CSP is used for projects that are more than10mw. The efficiency of systems depends on storage technology.
Thin film - this is not viable because of its lower efficiency to cpv for big projects. Its efficiency is around 10 to 11%.
