Peanut Chaat Recipe Ingredients: 1 bowl of peanuts 1 onion 1 tomato 1 cucumber 2 green chillies coriander, spices, lemon juice Method of preparation: First of all, put hot water in a pan, add salt. When the water boils, add chickpeas and keep it for five minutes. Then keep it in a vessel with holes and drain the water. Then cut the onion, tomato and cucumber into small pieces. Cut the green chillies into small pieces as well. Finely chop the coriander. Then add chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumbers, green chillies, green coriander in a bowl. Then add chaat masala, lemon juice and stir. Finally add coriander again and serve. This chaat can also be taken in diet.
